Biography:
Stéphanie Nouveau gathers 25 years of experience in the cosmetic Industry. She joined L’Oreal’s group to graduate her PhD thesis on Molecular Biophysic (Paris, the Pierre et Marie Curie University). She is now in charge of the Clinical Research of Advanced Research dedicated to the scientific understanding of the skin and hairs, through a better clinical knowledge. She first worked on the development and validation of skin non-invasive imaging devices in Biophysic department, and joined the clinical research in 1995. She started with project management for anti-aging and pigmentation clinical studies, providing scientific support through publications and patents. In her actual position, she is accountable for the execution and coordination of international clinical complex project for skin care, hair care, hygiene, instrumental cosmetic, sun care and for new biological tools (OMICs). She develops the clinical practice to be an active actor in the new global health challenge regarding consumers attitude towards personalization of their skin routine to ensure healthy life and aging, and participate to related products business development.
