Polygonal vessels Polygonal vessels are lineal vessels arranged in horizontal and vertical lines forming a geometrical pattern. Polygonal vessels, in the absence of scales, are highly specific for erythemato-telangiectatic rosacea. Histologically, they correlate with increased vascularization (Sgouros et al., 2018).
